1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you received is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Incorrect Items: If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us for assistance with a return or exchange.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened, Unused Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) to initiate a return.
If the product is damaged or defective, please keep the original packaging for inspection.
3. How to Return an Item

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) (excluding any shipping costs) once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the same method as your original payment method (Cash on Delivery customers will receive a refund via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods).

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please let us know when you contact us. Depending on stock availability, we will do our best to accommodate your exchange request. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a refund for the returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products not purchased from Isaac Ware: Items purchased from third-party retailers or partners are not eligible for returns.
- Products marked as Final Sale: Any items clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Used or Opened Products: Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless defective.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3 business days for the inspection and processing of your return. Refunds will be issued once the item is inspected and approved for return. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
